    Two years ago I had DVT (clot in my vein)problem and now I have been cured. Can I do this exercise?

    Can I please do it as frequently as possible? Is there any bar on the frequency?

    • No, there is no bar on the frequency – use the technique as often as you find comfortable. It is like a workout for your energy system, the more the better 🙂

    Lol. Just tried it and managed to get to 10 seconds on either side but was wobbling around and waving my arms. Is this acceptable?

    Sorry but I am confused. How long are you supposed to do it for as an exercise as opposed to a test? Do you stand on one leg for 10 sec’s and then the other for 10 sec’s as the exercise and then repeat and if so how many times? I ask as it says it’s a 1-3 min exercise.
    Sorry if I’m being thick.

    • You hold the pose as long as you can, on each leg. It is a test and an exercise, all in one 🙂 Everyone is different, of course, but on average, if you hold it for a minute-minute and a half on each leg, you will be in great shape, energy-balance wise.
